From time to time our batteries go on backorder. If you ordered a battery that is on backorder or you are expecting a battery that is on backorder please read the following:

The backorder projected date is a very strong approximation of when we expect the batteries to arrive and ship out to the customer. There are times, because of customs, weather, and shipping delays that cause our batteries to come in later than expected. Please be assured that the the batteries will come in and we will deliver your battery as soon as it arrives. We will ship it out 2-3 Day Priority Mail as soon as it arrives in the warehouse.

You can check the status of the projected receive date by going to your order and logging in. You can click here to log into your order.

Customer Service and Sales Representatives have no more information than the website. We do change the projected ship date if we ever receive information that the order is being delayed for any reason. The most common reason for delays is customs. We have no control over how long customs will hold our shipment for investigation. We do our best to work with customs to facilitate a fast and speedy delivery.
