Same-Day Shipping

If you place your order on any given business day (holidays excluded) before 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, we will ship the order the same day using your selected delivery method. We offer various UPS and US Mail shipping options for your convenience.

Back Order Status

If your order is on back order you can verify when a product will ship 2 ways. You can log into your order (Log into Order Status ) or you can go to the detail page of the product you are looking for and it will state approximately when we expect to be shipping the batteries. The backorder projected date is a very strong approximation of when we expect the batteries to arrive and ship out to the customer. There are times, because of customs, weather, and shipping delays that cause our batteries to come in later than expected. Please be assured that the the batteries will come in and we will deliver your battery as soon as it arrives in the warehouse with your selected delivery method.

Shipping Methods (USA Orders)

We offer the following methods of shipping, we cannot guarantee times as these are provided by the carriers shipping the products. You can visit the respective carriers for all of their details.

  1. USPS Priority Mail (during promotional times this is free) - takes 2-3 days to arrive
  2. USPS Express Mail ($21 fee) - Guaranteed to arrive by 2 days but usually arrives in 1 day and is much cheaper than UPS Next Day Air Service. They ship to PO Boxes and they deliver on Saturdays.
  3. UPS Ground ($9 fee) - 2-4 day delivery.
  4. UPS Next Day Air Saver ($49 fee) - Guaranteed to arrive in 1 day.
    • Commercial Destinations: Next business day delivery by 3:00 or 4:30 p.m.
    • Residential Destinations: Next business day delivery by end of day.
Shipping Method (International Orders)
  1. USPS International ($25.50 fee) - takes 2-4 weeks.

2 Year Warranty

We guarantee some of our products with a two full year from the purchase date, so you can buy with quality assurance. We’ll cover your entire order with our two-Year Warranty. If the Battery has a 2 year warranty or a replacement plan then defective items will be replaced at no cost during the warranty period (not including shipping). 45 Days Money Back

We back our products with a no-questions-asked refund (excluding shipping charges) for any order returned within 45 days of purchase. See our full policy.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for online payment.

Are the batteries pre-charged when they arrive?

Our batteries are not pre-charged. You must install the battery and charge the device with your AC adapter.

Sales Tax

We only charge sales tax for shipments to California. We do not charge sales tax for shipments to any other state or Country.

What do I do with my old battery?

RBRC or Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corporation will recycle old working and non-working batteries for laptops. Call them at (800) 8-Battery or look them up at www.rbrc.org

Where do you Ship?

We ship Residential and Businesses using either UPS or Postal Mail. We ship to PO Boxes, Military and Internationally using US Postal Mail.

**During certain times of the year we offer even lower prices to pass our savings on to our customers. During these times we charge a small nominal fee for a one year warranty and money back guarantee. You have the option to purchase or decline these add-ons during the low price sales.
