Never Received your Order
Please log in and check the tracking. If the order should have arrived you may submit an investigation on the next screen and our customer support agents will take care of your shipment. By default our system does not allow an investigation for at least a day after expected longest arrival date.
Transit Times
Most orders ship out USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 2-3 days for delivery.
All other UPS and USPS mailing options are as noted.
