I ordered a battery for a Dell E1505. After reading dozens of horror stories about buying "third-party" batteries, I was extremely hesitant. However, after I read dozens MORE horror stories about Dell's own batteries (some of them are old stock, so it was alleged), I didn't know what to do. My existing battery ran for two hours, tops, and I was close to returning to college where I'd have 3-4 hours at a stretch with no AC. I read about your 45-day no-fault return policy, and subsequent 2-year guarantee. I saw an "A" from the Better Business Bureau. I noted your "match any competitor's price on the same product." Unlike many others I've run across, when I inputted the competing price, your company honored it instead of coming up with some reason why "we can't match that price."
I bought the highest-capacity battery you offer. I charged and discharged it to break it in. My battery software reports it's even higher capacity than what was stated on the website (92,000mWh instead of 86,000mWh). This.
Battery. Does. Not. Quit. I'm writing this review on the battery. I ripped three full-length CDs (-10%) and have been blasting MP3s for two and a half hours (-45%). I have never seen a battery this strong. I've sent two friends to your business as a result of a first-class product that in my opinion is better than what my computer shipped with.

I just received my 8800 mAh battery today, charged it right up to the top, and did my first full discharge run. I had been weary that you guys have multiple battery models in stock and just sitting there unconditioned, but my battery was delivered at 60% charge just like your pamphlet tells me for optimal storage.
As somewhat of a geek, I continuously monitor milliwatt readings with software (which also supported my decision to buy a new battery). As all batteries will eventually degrade over time, I was happy to get a little more than advertised to begin with -- in an industry that usually reverses "marketed" vs "actual."

I was skeptical at first when your advertised battery supposedly had a 200 mAh higher design capacity than the original Dell equipment, but then was pleasantly surprised when the battery I received had actually even 350 mAh higher capacity than the original equipment, and of course, a significantly lower price! So, "New Longer Life Batteries" isn't just hype :-) I'll buy my next battery from you again.

Wonderful Price! Battery came with charging instructions and customer services that cares. Nice and neat packaging. I ordered a battery from Dell cost me $155 plus shipping. No charging instructions and Dell technical or customer support refused to help me with my warranted product. Battery was defective (only lasted an hour and couldn’t get anyone at Dell to help me). I was in a desperate need of a new battery for my Dell Inspiron Laptop as the old one was d e a d! I tried Dell and they were ridiculously priced. I searched the internet for customer reviews and they were mostly bad. Poor service, slow shipping, bad customer service. Except this site. Their reviews were OK.
